INTRO TO CALLIGRAPHY WORKSHOP

Learn the art of Modern Calligraphy in this intro calligraphy class taught by Amanda Tricomi. In this 3-hour workshop, you will learn the technique of lettering with both brush pen and traditional dip pen, fauxligraphy shortcuts, and letter several practice alphabets. You will leave the workshop with detailed handouts, brush pen, dip pen/nibs, and sumi ink to allow further practice at home to hone your skills and style. Amanda will discuss paper and ink choices, pen technique, and hold Q+A so everyone leaves with the calligraphy confidence to letter beautiful projects.
